I’ve always been enamored with reading and learning from people – people who are motivating and willing to provoke my thinking about myself and my life.
I consider myself a student of life because I, myself, am a work-in-progress continuing to challenge and grow in various ways.
As we all know, life is a journey — filled with twists, turns, obstacles and destinations. My life journey has been no exception. It has been filled with loss, career changes, relationship challenges and other limitations. But in spite of those challenges, I have learned that I truly can accomplish what I set my mind to, when I leverage the resources around me. I’ve realized that each day is an opportunity to experience my dreams, to set new goals and to be filled with the energy and excitement to live my life with purpose on purpose.
My view of personal growth is primarily based on the philosophy of high performance coaching – which encourages my clients to live a balanced life while excelling in all areas. I’ve come to understand the importance of how every aspect of our life needs to work together to create our best self and achieve our dreams. We have resources to help with us feel better physically, to help us manage stress, to help us improve our relationships and to propel us forward in our careers. I have accessed all of these types of resources in my own life and look forward to the opportunity of sharing these with you so you are feeling energized physically, emotionally and mentally.
I enjoy working with people and sharing with them all that I have learned in all aspects of personal growth such as finding clarity, goal setting, career coaching and gaining courage to make changes. Throughout my extensive corporate career, I observed that the most successful companies were built on the foundation of high-performing employees. These top performers are individuals who not only understand their professional purpose but also recognize the importance of personal clarity and fulfillment. They are driven by strong habits, prioritize their energy, and approach challenging conversations with courage—qualities that empower them to excel in both their careers and personal lives.
The teacher in me thrives on the opportunity to share my knowledge with others every chance I get. I received a note from a friend many years ago and she said “you have changed me for the better”.
