I’m a huge fan of the NCAA basketball tournament. The first final four I attended in person was all the way back in 2004 in San Antonio. Twenty years later, I still set aside this special time of the year to indulge in and be entertained by the amazing young athletes giving their all on the court.

Each year, the performances seem to get better and better, but this year — a pivotal year for women’s sports in particular — totally blew my mind! This feels like a true turning point for the amount of attention that women’s basketball and women’s sports more broadly are receiving. Women’s college basketball is being discussed at dinner tables like never before thanks to tremendous athletes like newly Caitlin Clark, who are showing all young girls out that that hard work and tenacity pays off!

Here’s a question everyone can answer: What is Caitlin Clark’s passion? Everyone knows the answer and so do you — basketball! But I have a far more important question: What is YOUR passion?
